Saint Apostle RODION (Irodion) was one of the seventy Holy Apostles. He was the relative of St. Paul the Apostle. He was nominative by St. Peter and St. Paul to the bishop of the city Patar in Balkans. Was beheaded (in circa 67 y.) by Nero in Rome, together with the holy apostle Peter.
